*LA - Short Story: If you are not on your climax rough copy by now, you need to work on it over the weekend to catch up.
Today in class we explored more about the order of operations and focused in on exponents. The students were quick to the grasp the repeated multiplication concept of exponents.
During social studies we were continuing with the presentations and practicing our note-taking based off the group's prezi or slideshow.
The Remembrance Day assembly was excellent! We had amazing wreath bearers, and excellent messages to the school through both classes videos. The grade 6s were respectful and well-behaved throughout the entire thing!
When we arrived back to class we continued to draft our stories.
In the afternoon the grade 6s again were amazing with their reading buddies! While the other class was in music, one class worked on self reflecting and goal setting based upon the pattern math test.
