Today in math over 2/3s of the class did not create their own 4 pattern questions.  Thus, 1/3 of the class was previewed the quiz on Monday for doing their homework while the others finished their work.  In groups we tested each others' patterns and problems.  We shared the really hard ones as a class to solve.  STUDY for the quiz on Monday!

In social, about 1/4 of the groups are ready to present, thus on Tuesday, the class will be given 30mins for any last minute touch-ups before the presentations begin.  If you are working on prezi please finish the project before Tuesday.   Anyone using powerpoint can stay in during recess, lunch, and after school with permission to ensure their project is completed.

In LA today we completed and corrected our spelling tests, before working on identifying literary terms in song lyrics to help remind us that there is a real world application of the terms students use in descriptive writing.

In the afternoon after silent reading and gym, the grade 6s were again excellent with their reading buddies!  As well we continued to work on our Remembrance Day project for the final part of the day.
