Today in class we continued our fraction exploration and were attempting to change mixed numbers into fractions and vice-versa. Here is an link to a video for review.
In social we explored the decision making process between individuals vs a group setting. We will be continuing this next lesson.
In LA we applied our knowledge of newspaper articles and format to create our own news reports! Students had to pick between a strange creature spotted in Walmart or a Boy/Girl is discovered with super powers. We started these yesterday and worked on them all day, and are due tomorrow for peer assessment and class presentations.
In the afternoon the class was outstanding yet again with their reading buddies!
Afterwards the class had time to free write and catch up on missing assignments and homework.
We hope everyone has a GO TEAM CANADA GO Thursday!
