Today in math class we started learning about how to collect data and how to presenting it (through graphs and T-charts). We will be continuing this investigation for our new unit.
In social studies students learned about community, the 3 levels of government, regulations, and influence.
Challenge: Can you think of anything you own or use the government does not influence?
Winner gets a free book / prize if its possible. Bring facts and research to back your argument.
In LA students reviewed the mark rubric and expectations of the novel news report assignment. They were given time to work on it and if finished peer assess with another student.
In the afternoon the class had time to work on their spelling sentences / news report before music.
